You and Your Weight Management

The food and physical activity choices we make every day can have great impact on our lives. These choices can affect our health - how we feel today, tomorrow and in the future. As a result, people need to make smart choices about everything that enters through their mouth. We have varieties of food groups so we need to choose from those that can keep us healthy for future.

In addition, we need to balance between food and physical activities. Though we need to eat in order to exercise, we cannot eat everything as much as we want. At the same time, we cannot also exercise all the time without eatting. Whatever we eat, we need to get the most nutrition out of the calories.

Eating right and being physically active aren't just a diet or a program but rather are the keys to a healthy lifestyle.
